Antizol Returned Goods Policy

Paladin Labs (USA) Inc.' returned goods policy provides a percentage discount, in lieu of credit or replacement goods, based on returned, unused vials of Antizol that expire on your hospital pharmacy shelf. Unused vials of expired Antizol may be returned for a discount in the form of a rebate check for use on a future order. The program is valid 6 months prior to or up to 12 months past the labeled expiration date. With such a simple discount policy, there's never been a better time to stock Antizol.

Just 4 easy steps:

1. Call to Authorize the Return.
Request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form from Paladin Labs (USA) Inc. Paladin Labs (USA) Inc. will then send you a RGA form and a Discount Authorization Request (DAR) form.

2. Return Unopened Expired Vials.
You may send any sealed vial in its original packaging 6 months prior to or up to 12 months after its expiration date.

3. Order Replacement.
Place an order with your wholesaler for at least 1 full tray pack (4 vials). Send completed discount authorization request form to Paladin Labs (USA) Inc.

4. Receive Rebate.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods and discount authorization request form, a discount on your purchase of the new Antizol will be issued to you within 30 days in the form of a rebate check.
